Our online shop is open 24/7. As soon as you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Usually we dispatch orders within 1-2 business days, orders placed after 1 pm CET on Fridays, weekends or on a public holiday will be dispatched the following business day.

*** Unfortunately, due to the UK leaving the European Union, the minimum order value for customers from Great Britain is EUR 150 excluding VAT. Also please note that customs duties and taxes may be charged.
There are no customs or import fees for deliveries within the EU. Orders outside the European Union will be charged at the net price. In this case, the Austrian VAT rate of 20% will be automatically deducted when you complete your order. For deliveries to non-EU countries, customs fees, taxes of the recipient country or associated processing fees may apply. Since these possible costs differ from country to country, unfortunately, we cannot give you any reliable information about them. We recommend that you contact your regional customs office for reliable information.
We always strive to make each process more sustainable. Our packaging, which before was not repurposed after a return, is very robust and can therefore be reused again.
That is why we offer a re-use packaging option that can be selected at the end of the ordering process. As usual, your order will still be carefully packed and reach you without any damage.
Please understand that depending on the volume of the order and the availability of the cardboard boxes, we may have to use new packaging.
Since November 2020 we have been using paper instead of PVC parcel tape to seal our packages. In this way, we significantly reduce the amount of plastic waste regenerated by our packaging. The cardboard boxes and the now environmentally-friendly tape can be recycled together and make a single-type recycling process feasible.
If you place an order on public holidays and during the Christmas holidays, the delivery of your ordered items will take a little longer. Our warehouse is closed on public holidays; therefore, we are unable to process orders on these days. Besides, no orders are delivered on public holidays (in Austria, the European Union and EEA member states).
We hope you enjoy your INA KENT bag. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can make use of your right of withdrawal and return your purchased items within 14 days of delivery. We currently do not offer exchanges for items purchased online. Therefore, please return the article(s) and order the desired replacement article(s) in our online store.
