Black Metallic Fringe Shoulder Bag
ORNAMENT is the kind of shoulder bag that doesn’t need much explanation – it simply gets it. Close to the body, light to wear, and easy in the best possible way. In its black metallic fringe version, with double-layered fringes and fine knot details, ORNAMENT ed.4 leans into a slightly bolder mood: a touch of rock’n’roll, a bit of attitude, and plenty of nonchalance. Unlined and intentionally light, it can be worn under the arm, crossbody, or casually shaped into a soft croissant form. It works for early mornings, long days, and nights that don’t really have an end. Rumour has it, there’s room for something chilled and celebratory inside – along with everything else that matters.

Ways to wear: Thanks to its adjustable strap and openable carabiners, ORNAMENT ed.4 moves easily between short, long, and crossbody wear. Without the strap, it folds into a relaxed croissant shape – understated, flexible, and unexpectedly versatile.

Strap: Vegetable-tanned leather with finished edges. Removable and adjustable in length. Maximum length: 110 cm. As leather is a natural material, each strap is unique and may soften or stretch slightly over time.

Our naturally tanned leather is refined in a multi-stage process with an ultra-thin foil, creating its characteristic subtle metallic sheen. Depending on the finish, the surface may appear more even, or the natural structure and texture of the leather may become more pronounced.
This style features fringes made from open-cut leather. The edges and reverse side are intentionally left in their natural state to preserve the leather’s softness and freedom of movement. Light abrasion may occur as a natural result of this construction.
We use only high-quality foils. However, foiled leather surfaces are more delicate than untreated ones – the metallic or foil coating may change or wear off with friction, moisture, or frequent use. Over time, the surface may become slightly matte, the leather base may become more visible, and the shimmering finish may soften. These changes are inherent to the material and occur naturally over time.
To best protect your INA KENT bag, we recommend the following:
- Before first use, apply a small amount of a specialised leather care product suitable for delicate foil finishes. Repeat occasionally to maintain protection.
- Avoid pulling or bending the fringes. For best results, store the piece loosely and without pressure to preserve its shape.
- Clean gently with a soft microfiber cloth – avoid vigorous rubbing or abrasion, as this may damage the foil.
- Avoid contact with water, excessive sunlight, or heat – such exposure may cause the foil coating to fade or loosen.
- Keep away from rough or abrasive surfaces, as even small scratches can be visible on foiled leather.
- Do not use conventional care products not specifically formulated for foiled or metallic leather – oils, waxes, or solvent-based sprays may damage the surface.
- Avoid contact with materials that may transfer colour pigments – this can be particularly noticeable on iridescent or two-tone finishes.
- For cleaning or in case of visible signs of wear, we recommend consulting a professional leather care specialist.
